Crawler Cruises
Code of Conduct
Welcome Crawlers! To ensure our event is safe, fun, and welcomed back on the high seas, all participants must abide by this Code of Conduct. By attending any Crawler Cruises event or accessing private group spaces, you agree to these standards.
-
We are guests on a commercial cruise ship sharing space with general passengers, ship crew, and families.
All guests must strictly abide by the Cruise Line’s official Passenger Contract, safety protocols, and shipboard rules at all times.
Ship security, officers, and crew always have final authority over public spaces and guest behavior.
-
Even when you are "in character" or wearing cosplay, you are expected to maintain professional, clean, and courteous behavior.
In-Character Behavior: Roleplay must never cross into genuine harassment, intimidation, explicit public displays, or non-consensual interactions with other guests, cruise passengers, or ship crew.
Personal Hygiene: Proper hygiene is required in all shared and gaming spaces out of respect for your fellow Crawlers and tablemates.
-
All costumes must be strictly family-friendly and appropriate for public cruise ship environments.
No Nudity: Costumes must provide full coverage of private areas. Revealing or overly skintight costumes must utilize opaque undergarments, body tights, or morphsuits underneath. "Pasties-only" or sheer fabric covering sensitive areas is prohibited.
Public Suitability: If a costume is not appropriate to wear in front of children in the ship's main atrium, it cannot be worn in public ship areas or private event spaces.
Prop Safety: All props must comply with maritime security rules. No realistic firearms, live steel, sharp edges, or functional projectile weapons are permitted onboard.
-
Crawler Cruises maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for real-world hostility.
Unwelcome physical contact, intimidation, verbal abuse, hate speech, bullying, or aggressive confrontation will result in immediate revocation of your event badge without a refund.
Disruptive behavior under the influence of alcohol will result in immediate removal from private event spaces and may be reported directly to ship security.
-
In-Game TTRPG PvP (Allowed): Player-vs-Player combat, backstabbing, and party betrayals are permitted strictly within tabletop RPG sessions, provided all players at the table consent and safety tools (like Lines & Veils or X-Cards) are honored. Keep the chaos on the dice!
No Real-World Physical PvP: Physical fighting, "mock combat," martial arts demonstrations, or non-consensual physical contact between guests is strictly forbidden everywhere on the ship.
-
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please notify a Crawler Cruises staff member immediately. Event staff reserve the right to revoke event passes, eject individuals from private venues, or report severe violations directly to Cruise Line Security.
