cruise upgrade options
You’ll have everything essential for survival included in your crawler package, but here are some extras in case you are feeling like simply surviving isn’t good enough.
Shore Excursions: Purchase a Guided Death March to let local vendors sell you low-quality souvenirs at a 300% markup while you sweat through your shirt.
Upgraded Dining: Trade the main dining hall slop for Gourmet Sustenance, featuring overcooked steak that costs more than your rent. But really, we’ve got our best NPC chefs in these dining venues so you may want to consider it at least once.
Spa Packages: Pay extra to get kneaded like dough at the spa, only to realized that you could get the same thing on shore for ¼ of the cost. Maybe you’ll even get lucky and they’ll use their feet.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
While the Cruise Line itself is kid-friendly, The Crawl is NOT. We have a strict level 15+ age requirement to participate in ANY Crawler Cruises activities. You can surely pack your children along with you if you wish, but please not that no children under the age of 15 will be allowed or admited into any Crawler Cruises events on board.
Don’t worry though, the ship operators have just the thing for those pesky leaches when you need some mommy and daddy time. They call it the “Kids Clubs", but I like to call it the Small Crawl torture chamber. Maybe they’ll get lucky and get to watch The Goonies to keep them occupied.
We want to be accomodating to families though, so if you wish to bring any under-crawl-age tag alongs, just simply add them to your stateroom booking with us. We will not require a Crawler Cruises package for children joining you, as they will not be participating in ANY Crawler Cruises events. -
Your total price covers your stateroom accommodation, main dining room and buffet meals, basic onboard entertainment, basic drinks and full access to all official Crawler Cruises private programming, events, parties, and meetups. You will pay one amount to the Cruiseline directly through MaKenzie, our booking representative. You will pay a separate amount directly to us for your chosen Experience Pass.
-
All sailors in our group must purchase an events package, however if you aren’t interested in the crawl, we have a Spectator Pass just for you. This will admit you to all of the social events, but not any of the active gameplay events.

Cosplay is strongly encouraged! However, cruie line safety rules strictly prohibit realistic weapons or weapon replicas (metal blades, realistic-looking firearms, functional bows). Props made of foam light plastic, or cardboard are generally acceptable, but there is always a risk. We’ve had bright orange water guns confiscated upon boarding for looking like a firearm.
-
Yes they do, and we are happy to coordinate getting one for you if needed! Please email us to get started.
-
Port taxes, fees, AND gratuities are included in your price. The only thing NOT included are any type of upgrades the ship has to offer.
-
No. Exclusive event badges and access passes to private spaces, events, parties, and meetups are strictly reserved for guests who book through the official Crawler Cruises booking group rate. No exceptions.
-
The full event schedule and lineup will be published approximately 30-45 days prior to sailing so you can plan your daily itenerary.
-
If you are a US citizen, you do not need a passport, just a brith certificate and an ID (though imagine not having a passport and getting stranded in a foreign country. Wouldn’t that be fun.) If you are not a US citizen, you will have to view Royal Caribbeans specific requirements for the documents required for your situation.
-
ANY guests under the age of 21 must travel with a parent, legal guardian, or adult aged 25+ in the same or adjacent stateroom, per standard cruiseline policy.
-
Cancellations are subject to the cruise line’s official cancellation timeline and penalty schedule. For this reason, we STRONGLY recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking to cover unexpected delays, medical needs, or other cancellations. “Cancel for any reason” policies allow you to cancel for any reason without penalty.

When you look at Royal Caribbean’s website, the initial price shown is typically the base cruise fare only before taxes, fees, and gratuities are added at checkout.
The price we show you includes ALL associated taxes, fees, gratuities, wifi, and ALL group perks and packages!
If you compare the final checkout price(including taxes, fees, gratuities, and internet) on the cruise line’s website to our group rate, you will see that the only difference is the price of the Crawler Cruises Event Pass.
