Crawler Cruises
Terms of Service
-
By accessing, browsing, or making a reservation through Crawler Cruises (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via this website, you (“User,” “Guest,” or “Crawler”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this website or booking our events.
-
Crawler Cruises is an independent fan-focused event group organizer that coordinates themed activities, group reservations, and private events aboard third-party commercial cruise lines (“Cruise Operator”). Crawler Cruises is not owned, operated, or directly affiliated with the Cruise Operator, nor is it an official product of the copyright holders of Dungeon Crawler Carl unless explicitly stated otherwise.
-
Dual Booking Requirement: Booking a Crawler Cruises event package or group pass does not replace your primary cruise reservation. All guests must hold a valid, fully paid reservation with the Cruise Operator to board the vessel.
Pricing & Modifications: Event pricing, schedules, guest appearances, and activity itineraries are subject to change without notice due to weather, cruise ship operations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cabin Group Booking: To access Crawler Cruises private events, badges, and group spaces, reservations must be booked under our designated Group Booking code or directly through our official booking portal.
-
Crawler Cruises Event Packages: Crawler Cruises event fees, VIP passes, and fan packages are non-refundable, except in the event that Crawler Cruises cancels the event entirely prior to embarkation.
Cruise Operator Bookings: Cancellations of staterooms, cruise fares, and onboard amenities are governed strictly by the refund and cancellation policies of the Cruise Operator. Crawler Cruises is not responsible for cruise fare refunds, port fee adjustments, or flight disruptions.
-
Behavior: All Crawlers are expected to maintain respectful, safe, and inclusive conduct toward fellow guests, event staff, ship crew, and performance acts. Harassment, discrimination, or reckless behavior will result in immediate revocation of event access without a refund.
Cosplay & Props Policy: All costumes and props must comply with the Cruise Operator’s maritime security guidelines and safety rules. No realistic weapons, live steel, functional projectiles, or hazardous materials are permitted aboard the ship. Security personnel or event staff reserve the right to confiscate non-compliant props.
Alcohol & Substance Use: Guests must abide by the ship’s age limits and alcohol policies. Intoxication leading to disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in removal from private event spaces.

Third-party trademarks, character names, and lore references belong to their respective copyright owners and are used strictly under fair-use fan event contexts.
-
Third-Party Services: Crawler Cruises is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the Cruise Operator, third-party performers, venues, or vendors.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in group activities, cosplay contests, scavenger hunts, and TTRPG sessions is voluntary. You assume all risks associated with your participation in onboard activities and port excursions.
Website Availability: This website and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
-
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crawler Cruises is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
