Crawler Cruises official cancellation policy and penalty schedule
1. DEFAULT & AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION
Non-Payment Protocol: Failure to pay any required installment by its posted deadline will result in immediate termination of your reservation.
Forfeiture: In the event of automatic cancellation due to non-payment, all prior deposits will be retained by Crawler Cruises.
2. VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION SCHEDULE & REFUND TIERS
Should you voluntarily elect to abort your mission, refunds will be calculated based on the timestamp of your written cancellation request:
On or Before June 4, 2027 (Full Refund Window):
Receives a 100% refund of all cruise deposits paid to date.
June 5, 2027 – November 1, 2027 (Standard Cancellation Window):
Receives a refund of deposits paid, minus a $100 per person administrative cancellation fee.
November 2, 2027 – November 21, 2027 (Late Cancellation Window):
Subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the total cruise fare (excluding add-ons such as Wi-Fi, drink packages, gratuities, and government taxes/fees, which remain refundable).
After November 21, 2027 (Final Penalty Window): No refunds will be granted. 100% of the total cruise fare and associated fees are completely forfeited.
3. EXCLUSIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Crawler Cruise Event Tickets: Event tickets are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances from the moment of purchase.
4. CRITICAL SHIELDING PROTOCOL: WHY TRAVEL INSURANCE IS important
Crawler, pay attention. The dungeon is inherently unpredictable, and the high seas are no different. Because Crawler Cruises and Celebrity Cruises enforce strict cancellation penalties and non-refundable tiers, travel insurance is your only true defense against financial annihilation.
Without proper insurance coverage, you face severe operational threats:
Medical Emergencies at Sea: Standard home health insurance policies (and government Medicare) rarely cover medical treatments in international waters or foreign ports. Emergency medical evacuations from a cruise ship can cost upward of $50,000 to $100,000 out of pocket.
Unforeseen Trip Cancellation: Life happens. Illness, injury, family emergencies, or employment disruptions prior to departure can force you to cancel. Insurance protects your non-refundable cruise fare and event tickets.
Travel Delays & Missed Connection: Severe weather or flight delays can cause you to miss ship embarkation. Insurance covers the cost of catching up to the vessel at the next port of call.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Gear: Coverage ensures you are reimbursed for delayed luggage or destroyed personal belongings during transit.
The System Warning: Choosing to sail uninsured means you are personally absorbing 100% of the financial and medical risks. Should an incident occur, no exemptions or special refunds will be granted by the organizers. Protect your investment. Secure your policy or submit your signed waiver.
